Murder can also be felony murder which results when someone is killed during a robbery or other serious crime. You do not have to be the person who does the killing, but an accomplice of someone who kills someone.

Aggravated manslaughter is where someone causes death under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to human life, or cause the death of someone while fleeing the police. There is not much of a difference between murder and aggravated manslaughter; however, if you are convicted of aggravated manslaughter you can be sentenced to between 10 and 30 years, and you are eligible for parole.

Manslaughter is recklessly causing the death of someone, or killing someone while in the heat of passion resulting from a reasonable provocation. Manslaughter is punishable by between 5 and 10 years in prison.
